Daniel states that, as most peole who got to Positano, the islands, or anywhere on the Amalfi Coast, it’s most likely they’ll fall in love with the place as he has, and like to re-live the memories of being there. The best way to do so, Daniel says, is maybe to buy some of the famous ceramic plates of the area and bring them home. Once you’re home, if you know how to make some of your favorite dishes of Naples or the Amalfi Coast, you can eat them at home. Get some good Italian Wine. If you are able to, get wine from this region. Cook a dish or two, using the recipes in Daniel’s book POSITANO , serve tehm on your Amalfi Coast Plates, and you will live your fond memories.
